Tanken 16 is a unique concept for start-ups. It is for you who have ambitions to make a difference, and need to scale and raise capital, to achieve your goals. We have created a strong community around entrepreneurship. A community where start-ups and investors meet - where connections are made between start-ups and investors.
Our primary focus is on developing and scaling companies with a global perspective - and you have the opportunity to join this journey.
We tailor the process to your company and your ambitions. We develop, challenge and guide you all the way from start to finish.
We work with two different courses, which are adjusted according to where you are on the journey towards reaching your goals: Start-up + Pitch Event and Scale-up.
START-UP | PITCH PERFECT
Start-up is for the companies who have proof of concept or are close to having it. You may have a good product that you have already been testing, but you lack basic knowledge in all or some of the basic business areas. Start-up brings your company to proof of business, by developing you within the 7 business areas with the sole purpose of preparing you for the meeting with the investors.
The Start-up ends with a Pitch Event. You have proof of business, now you just need to convince investors why you and your concept are worth investing in. You can only do this if you are prepared for where an investor has his focus when assessing a new investment case.
SCALE-UP
Scale-up takes you from proof of business to proof of scalability. Maybe you already have proof of concept and proof of business, and are looking for a journey where your business is pushed over the edge and shot off towards scaling and growth - then this is where you need to start.
Scale-up is where the development within the 7 business areas will gain momentum. It is an intensive process where you truly will start growing and show what you and your company are capable of. Everything you have learned in our Start-up must be implemented in your company, so that you can achieve both proof of growth and proof of scalability. Only the best will get to this point - but if you are made of the right fabric, have your ambitions in place and are ready to work hard, then we will power your global potential!

NETWORK, NETWORK, NETWORK
We are actively involved in networking, to ensure the best foundation for growth and development. Networking helps to ensure a strong foundation, because this is where we really have the opportunity to draw on each others experiences and competencies. This is necessary if value, growth and scaling are to be on the agenda.
Among other things, we have actively engaged ourselves and Tanken 16 in business networks around H.C. Andersen Festivals, OB and Tinderbox, but also in the community around the start-up environment in Odense and the rest of Denmark. Networking is both educational, fun and developing - and we take the lead when it comes to arranging Friday bars, wine tastings, lectures and other events that can strengthen good relationships. It should also be a great time!
